The images below actually gave me an idea of how I can keep the detail in my image and still have it in the perspective I want so I just need to do a few thumbnails for it but I think it'll work out quite well.

Concept 2: Photos
Ater speaking to Phil I took his advice to go and take some pictures of Rochester Cathedral to get a better understanding and maybe a few more ideas for my second concept. Below are some of the images I took, some are for the perspective and others just for the detail.
